For over 40 years, Prof. Robert Flome has dedicated his life to teaching, healing, and guiding others toward emotional wellness. With a background in Psychology, Education, Medicine, and Medical Ethics, he’s empowered thousands as a Licensed Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist. He’s the creator of Flome’s Stress Formula, a mathematical model for understanding the impact of stress, which helps people break free from negative thoughts in seconds. 

He is also the author of 30 Seconds to Happiness, a #1 Amazon bestseller, and coauthor of Psychology: Exploring Our Universe Within, a widely used university textbook.
