I have generalized anxiety disorder. These are some great tools to get me out of anxious feelings. They are so simple too. I am a children’s entertainer. I just bought the physical book so I can take it to shows and teach kids. These methods are easy and fun.
This book truly changed my perspective on happiness. It covers all the aspects of how happiness feels. Each chapter offers practical techniques that are easy to implement in daily life. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a companion.
An excellent & inspiring read that can be done in one sitting. The book made me smile a lot as it’s part of the exercises provided. Would have recommended a different cover though.
One of the better self help books in my opinion. I recently read the Subtle Art and I thought that was one of the best self help books but Mr Flome’s book is definitely in close competition for the top of my list. An A+ rating from me.
